And in the meantime experts and corresponding establishments of two states already have started comprehensive investigation of possibilities of building of the new atomic power station. On March, 23rd the special delegation as a part of representatives of Mangystausky area (deputies regional maslihat) and members of the Kazakhstan nuclear society has visited the Russian Federal agency on atomic energy and has visited a number of the enterprises of atomic engineering.
The purpose of the Kazakhstan delegation was to establish, this is how much favourable, at first sight, horrible, but, the project demanded by life for kazakhstaner to be convinced of its safety. Visited a number of the enterprises of the Russian power kazakhstaners, have paid the main attention basically to safety issues and economic efficiency of building of the atomic power station.
In due time, working under the chairmanship of the prime minister of Kazakhstan Danial Ahmetov working group, having investigated 15 projects offered by Japan, the USA, Argentina, Canada, France and other states, has chosen reactor VBER-300. The delegation which has arrived from Kazakhstan has met designers of the reactor and kazakhstaners has tried to receive answers to questions disturbing them. 
Certainly, a main point – safety. Reactor VBER-300 which should be established in Kazakhstan, isn't integral, and is based on block structure. That is, it is established that if in any part of the reactor there will be a malfunction it won't threaten work of the general installation. Besides the system of cooling of the reactor is considerably advanced. Designers have put an argument that in this reactor is considered and "the human factor" – even if the person operating installation on imprudence, or will deliberately commit an error, the reactor automatically stops work. 3rd power unit recognized concerning safety and economic efficiency considerably surpassing European, American and the Japanese model has been shown the Kazakhstan experts who have visited the Kalinin atomic power station. The most advanced reactor of the present is supplied by three-level system of safety. Measures under the prevention of failures - the individual question, the given system in case of failure completely excludes its distribution outside.
The head of Mangystausky delegation, the assistant akim areas Michael Bortnik at the press conference spent following the results of a trip, has told: "We have seen the systems providing non-distribution of nuclear substances in atmosphere even in case of accident like explosion at Chernobyl nuclear station, advantages of the given reactor are obvious".
Russians plan to place till 2030 in operation 42 reactors (in a year on 3-4 reactors), including some projects, for example, building of nuclear station on Kola peninsula on the basis of model VBER-300 offered Kazakhstan. In the world tens atomic power stations, but thus, each nuclear reactor – exclusive creation of engineering thought, as the companion of the Earth started in space every year are installed.

Work of similar installation in territory of our country not only will solve questions of power deficiency, but also will open a way to advancement forward a nuclear science and technics in republic, to arrival of new technologies, will create conditions for growth of own experts.
